American Chopper profiles the lives of New York natives Paul Teutul Sr. and son Paul Jr. of Orange County Choppers (OCC), creators of the world's most outrageous custom motorcycles. Follow the day-to-day drama of this volatile father and son team as they battle impossible deadlines – and each other – to push the envelope of motorcycle design and fabrication.

Part One: Old School Chopper 1
While Paulie works on design ideas for his next project, Paul Sr. takes Cody – the shop's resident biker boy wonder – under his wing to teach him how to build a hog the old school way. Cody's learned a lot since his last build – and it shows in the bike's vintage design and classic accoutrements. Meanwhile, Michael and Paul Jr. spend some quality time "Teutul style."

Part Two: Old School Chopper 2/Comanche 1
It's graduation day for Paul and Cody's Old School Chopper, and all of Cody's hard work earns him one sweet diploma – the keys to the heavenly hog. Meanwhile, Paulie visits an army helicopter facility to research his latest project – the Comanche bike. Paul Jr.'s design ideas for this ?copter chopper are impressive – an all-black, "stealth" paintjob and custom missiles made from actual .50-caliber rounds – but when he spends too much time on "research," Big Paul threatens to shoot the Comanche project out of the sky.

Part Three: Comanche 2
With time running out on the Comanche bike project, Paul and Paul dig in for a battle of wills and a war of words. But, just when things seem like they couldn't get any worse, the crew hits the highway for their latest bike show – saying goodbye to the Big Apple and hello to the Big Easy.

Part Four: Comanche 3
Back from the Big Easy, the crew comes home to a big problem – how to finish the suddenly troublesome Comanche bike. Paul Jr. and Vinnie put the peddle to the metal to wrap things up in time for the big unveiling at the Myrtle Beach bike show. But, a last minute emergency leaves the project hovering on the brink of disaster.
